Two’s Company - Celebrating 21 Years of Matchmaking!

So, it’s been 21 years of matchmaking magic here at Two's Company, and I couldn’t be more excited to share this milestone with you all. In this swipe-happy world of modern dating, I’ve managed to keep the art of traditional matchmaking alive and thriving. This year, as we hit our big 21st anniversary right here in Auckland, I’m reflecting on how we’ve carved out a little niche for ourselves in the quest for love.

I started Two's Company back in 2003 with a simple idea: to give singles a more personal and effective way to meet good quality, like minded, singles, looking for the same future as them. Since then, the dating scene has seen a ton of changes—technology has advanced, and societal attitudes have shifted. But through it all, I’ve stuck to what I know best: good old-fashioned matchmaking.

Our approach is all about getting personal. I take the time to sit down with each client, see what they are looking for out of the future and really get to know what they’re looking for in a partner. It’s not just about making a match; it’s about making the right match and not wasting anyone's time. And, I am always learning more about my clients from the feedback we get after every first date.

Over the past two decades, there’s been a major shift in how people view matchmaking. The old stigma is long gone, and now more singles are turning to services like ours to navigate the complex world of dating.

I’m so proud of the success stories we’ve created over the years. Seeing our clients find happiness and love through our efforts is incredibly rewarding. To know that we’ve played a part in bringing two people together is why we do what we do.
